Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
As a HRIS Manager in for a UK Airport operator we needed a HR System that could be accessed from anywhere with all data in one central place, or 'one source of the truth'. SAP SuccessFactors HCM gave us this and with its security protocols and permission model this took it above its competitors, giving us peace of mind that our data was secure and safe

Migrating the data was a challenge, but mainly because we needed to tidy the data up first. but the import files made it fairly quick to upload the data into the system. It wasn't the easiest of processes, as some fields needed codes, others needed the descriptions, but the partners helped us navigate this
Much easier, employees can do so much from their home, mobile or even in the middle of the atlantic on a flight
I think its got a huge potential, but in the industry I'm in there is still some unease, but we are looking to implement AI, slowly, but surely
