In our organization, We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM for eLearning and onboarding.

I think that SAP SuccessFactors HCM has room for improvement. Not to have too many steps in looking up information in SAP SuccessFactors HCM

I gave SAP SuccessFactors HCM this usability rating because, in my opinion, SAP SuccessFactors HCM makes it easy to navigate for the end-users

I am likely to tell a colleague that, in my experience, Sometimes anything SAP may be too cumbersome. Make it easy for the end-user to navigate.
