Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

For learning and development - skills mapping have been an issue for us as the TIH doesn't provide a robust skills taxonomy - it would be great for SF to be able to normalize my taxonomy, map roles to skills and normalize skills rating, improving the skills assessment process
