Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use SAP SuccessFactors HCM in our organization for pay and benefits, learning, and yearly employee reviews. It is also used to handle job listings, candidate pipelines, and recruitment processes. Simplifies the onboarding and integration of new employees into the company. Monitors employee objectives, performance evaluations, and feedback.

It gives me one location to go to and complete many tasks in a concise and easy to navigate format.
We view AI as a helpful resource for employees to inquire about HR matters, provide feedback, and obtain insights, reminders, and recommendations for development.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is well-suited for employee records, org structure, job info, and workflows. Manages salary planning, bonuses, and incentives. I cannot think of any part of SAP SuccessFactors HCM that does not work for me.
