Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

For our HR records, performance and leave management. SAP SuccessFactors HCM helps speed up the HR process especially around performance review.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM also helps me with leave approval process and reviewing team availability as a manager.

  • Happy with the product as is
  • Visibility of performance
Easy to use.
Not yet, it is done in a sales force system
Managing performance - from user perspective, AI suggested entry during performance reporting timewill cut down our time to fill it up.
In my opinion, Netsuite is terrible to use.
