Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SAP SuccessFactors HCM is used for the Australian [...] police to run all recruitment outcomes and business related recruitment activities. whilst SAP SuccessFactors HCM utilises many different outcomes , it is limited due to the current version and limited capabilities. some manual uploading and filing is still required

Pros

  • easy step by step process
  • allows recruitment to use the function from beginning to end

Cons

  • not user friendly at all stages
  • convoluted and features hard to use at times
  • improved hr functions like payroll and transfers
SAP SuccessFactors HCM is multi functional and works in large organisations like the [...]
this one is for the ses management cohort however I believe AI does have a place within SAP to enhance its functionality
