It is our source of truth for any personnel related information. It provides us with accurate, timely and complete repository to store people data for our organisation, which then feeds to our analytics tools to help with decision making
Pros
- The performance review process and how that feeds into our Succession and Talent review processes
- Interface is more user friendly than SAP OnPrem
- New capability on offer like Joule and WalkMe
Cons
- Date-driven Job Info records needs improvement. SAP SuccessFactors HCM seems to have issues with "inserting" any future-dated records.
- Better alignment to SAP's info types
- Availability of People Analytics through People Stories
- Org Chart visibility

We are not ready for this. We are still focused on data accuracy and stream-lining/standardising processes
