Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM
Recruitment, ONB 2.0, PMGM, Talent & Succession. EC is in discovery, along with EC Payroll, and Compensation.
Pros
- Onboarding from a Candidate experience
- Recruitment is simple for the Talent & Acquisition team
Cons
- Administering ONB 2.0 is complex. Docs are not easy to update, getting candidate data out is also not easy. I shouldn't have to run a Story report in order to view the answers a candidate gave during their onboarding.
- Support from SAP has not been timely for some of our issues. What should have been a quick response for an issue with EC Mini Master took 10 months to resolve.
- Employee experience for new starters is good through ONB

Yes, I would like to incorporate AI into Job descriptions and required skills and competencies. Use it to infer skills from candidate applications and training. Assistance with writing job descriptions, development and performance objectives.
