Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SAP SuccessFactors HCM serves as source of truth Sz platform for managing the full employee lifecycle. Business is managing tow different time management system for two diffewnt groups

  • All in one system by RBP
  • Alliw customization

Cons

  • People profile smooth trun on with same access
  • Hiddlen Release feature
  • Integration support woth third party
  • Soirce systmen si but more enhancement at EC
We have all module.. however not with righr use
