Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

We use it for our employee central and onboarding at Sun Chemical. Employee Self Services are provided through SAP SuccessFactors HCM.

Pros

Cons

  • Onboarding with IT Access is not that great and flexible
  • Employee AI based self services
  • It found to be very expensive when we started with
  • Once we rolled in other countries then its making affordable
  • We are still checking on the ROI
With all the different modules in SAP SuccessFactors HCM, it makes it easy for syndicating all the data in one System.
We moved all the modules into SAP SuccessFactors HCM and the Cloud integration made it easy to connect to other vendors very easily.
It reduced the number for phone calls and emails to the HR reps for all regular employee activities.
We would like to use AI to filter the resumes, detect all activities for terminated managers so that their activities can be transferred to their manager to reduce the delay in processing time.
