Overall Satisfaction with SciQuest

Our entire campus is using SciQuest to procure items and services. Also we store and maintain our purchased contract services using the Contract Compliance Manager and process invoices with a sync to Ellucian Banner, using the AP Director. Entering receipts in the system creates a three way match that will allow accounting to release payment.

The SciQuest bid system is new and integrating it would be difficult since we have quite a lot of historical bid information that SciQuest cannot obtain from IonWave.
SciQuest is well suited for organizations that have multiple users who purchase similar items. It is less appropriate for a small business.

Building a form is better now with the wizard but still lacks the ability to configure quickly.
