Overall Satisfaction with SendinBlue
SendinBlue is used across the whole organization for email campaigns. We send out relatively small campaigns (1000 to 5000 recipients) approximately 12 times a year. Our campaigns are generally a single email.
SendinBlue addresses our list management problems and our content/design formatting and testing issues. It provides a simple, easy to use platform that tracks our subscribers (including unsubscribes and bounces) so that we only send emails to subscribers who want the emails. Additionally, we are a small company and have limited resources for examining email formatting across multiple platforms and SendinBlue's tools allow us to quickly ensure that our content and format is showing up as desired to all of our subscribers.

- Tracks subscribers, unsubscribes, bounces.
- Provides nice accessible reporting on opens, clicks, etc. as well as by subscriber geographic location.
- Easy to upload list additions and to download campaign reports.
- The hardest portion of SendInBlue to use are the design/formatting tools. It is fairly difficult to get things laid out exactly the way you want using only SendInBlue's tools.
- Increased employee efficiency has been the biggest impact. List management and obtaining campaign statistics and results is much quicker than previously.
