Overall Satisfaction with SendinBlue

SendinBlue is actually used for my weather subscription website. I use it to email my members to let them know what the forecast is going to be about twice per week to an estimated 900 members.
  • Templates are easy to create and edit.
  • I like the ability to use campaigns and replicate one if needed.
  • The reporting function is one of the best I have seen and that is something that stands apart from the competitors and was a selling point.
  • The price was affordable for the service.
  • The only thing that seems difficult is when starting a new campaign, it is not easy to select a saved template and then go directly to the next step which is selecting contacts. This is the only setback that I have personally encountered.
  • It has helped me to see what customers want to see in an email newsletter.
  • It also shows me the read-rate of my posts from my website.
I had only used Gmail and Outlook to send email campaigns before. My member count grew and Gmail had a 100 email per day limit and Outlook was 50 per email. This was not a good solution to sending emails to a group of around 900 members. I found SendinBlue on a Google search and was impressed before I ever bought the paid version.
Everything was pretty self explanatory and customer service was very helpful in getting my account set up for initial use.
