Overall Satisfaction with SendinBlue
We are travel journalists and decided try SendinBlue to promote a novel that my husband had written and published. We sent it to a database we had cultivated over the past year and had a very good experience. We were quite pleased with our open rate. Our biggest complaint was not being able to send the message in real time and having to wait on approval, as well delivery. Although we may not use SendinBlue for this campgain again, we will certainly use them again for the next novel promotion.
- Great customer service. They responded immediately when I called or emailed.
- Easy templates to build your message
- Easy, detailed, and thorough metrics for analysis and effectiveness
- Challenging database management. I would have liked a simpler search box to find specific people in the database
- Couldn't send a message in real time. It had to be approved and then would be sent out at pre-planned intervals that couldn't be altered.
- Sadly, SendinBlue didn't really help us sell any more books. Perhaps it just wasn't the vehicle for novel sales.
- It really allowed us to clean up our database by pointing out soft and hard bounces.

Better in back end analysis. Not as good in database management.
