Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
We use Sendinblue for sending Marketing and Release note emails

- Contacts
- Bug - If font is set to "Open Sans", sans-serif it comes through at serif
- Bug - The search filter is broken
- Unclear how to reactivate a contact after being flagged as declined
- These issues have been raised but support provides vanilla solutions and do not address the direct issue
- The user can not open a link of a contact from the search results in a new tab because it's a javascript button not a link which mean navigation is far slower
- The bill per emails sent rather than per contact so that works well for us
- It's a cost effective solution
