my company uses Sendinblue to capture contacts from future clients to sell online courses.

Pros and Cons

organizes the flow of messages that will be sent to customers.
It is easy to understand to do the email campaigns.
it is suitable for digital marketing beginners.

So far I haven't found any case to be improved

I'm still in the early stages of the process, but so far it's going as expected.

Mailchimp

Mailchimp I do not consider intuitive to learn in an easier way, i do not recommend it to anyone who wants to start in digital marketing. Does not have the Portuguese language

One of the advantages I found in Sendinblue is that it has the Portuguese language, so it is easier to understand the platform. When you create the welcome message, you can see the visual part of the workflow, so it's more intuitive to learn the process.

Very good for those who want to start with email marketing campaigns
