We use Sendspark for communication with clients and potential clients. The most usual use case - explaining something more complex in a very personal way.
Pros
- Easy to use.
- Integrates with all the tools I need.
Cons
- Videos are sometimes not loading as quickly as I'd wished.
- Still lacks some features to be a powerful b2b sales tool (but getting there).
- Easy to record video.
- Separate workspaces.
- Better relationship management.
- Increased sales.
- Easier personalized outreach.
