Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is one of the most streamlined and easy to use tools as it relates to marketing automation and inbound marketing services. They are targeted towards agencies that want to resell the product to their own clients and they do so in an easy and straight forward manner. We use it for all of our clients on a daily basis.
  • SharpSpring - as a company - is responsive and an absolute partner every step of the way. They will work intimately with your team to make sure you achieve success.
  • Their automation logic and workflows is one of the most straightforward platforms in the space.
  • Pricing is incredible too in that they allow their partners to control the pricing experience.
  • The platform needs work from a UI perspective. Things are not consistent through the app itself.
  • On a few occasions there have been unexplainable bugs that have taken days to identify and even longer to resolve.
  • Immediate revenue to our bottom line
  • Easy to implement with a client = greater client satisfaction
  • Ability to see the true user path from the initial touch point to conversion
We tried HubSpot and Infusionsoft - both were oversold and under delivered. SharpSpring is honest with its sales and marketing and makes no grandiose claims to be a magic bullet. Instead you get a hard working company with a really robust set of features and functionality to roll out as you please. The cost per user was magnitudes lower than either Hubspot or Infusionsoft. Clients were also able to manage Sharpspring far easier than the aforementioned products.
It is making a serious and daily impact to our business and a positive impact to our bottom line!
Ensure you have a team ready to learn the software first before selling it and implementing it to your clients. It is critical to understand SharpSpring through the entire ecosystem of a client's usage so that you can best build and deliver the correct solutions. For very very large enterprise clients you may run into issues with stability but I know Sharpspring is always working on their platform.
