Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
- The Google Adword analytics is very important to me. I can see what keywords bring in clicks, conversions and purchases!
- The lead scoring feature is also very important. Each time a lead clicks and email or visits the site they get a higher score. I have a better understanding of who our customer is and their buying cycle. I can send more targeted marketing knowing this info! It also helps in our call center to know warm leads from cool leads.
- The customer service and support that SharpSpring offers is the best in the industry in my opinion!
- I would like more plugins. Bing Adwords would be very helpful.
- An integration with Ringcentral would also be helpful.
- I would like for info and help on what it can do with call tracking.

The main reason I really went with SharpSpring is to connect with Google Adwords. We had a budget for Adwords and I always wanted more money to put into it. My boss would always ask “What is our ROI?” I could tell him how many clicks and conversions we received and then he would ask “But are they buyers?” Because of SharpSpring we know that they ARE buyers and I was given a larger budget knowing it was bringing in a great return. I also love the email builder, HTML, spending, segmenting and testing abilities.
Before SharpSpring we were pulling lists at random for our call center. Now we know what leads are warm because of the score. Every time they visit our website, click an email or fill our a form they get a higher score. We are able to call out more effectively and have a reason for doing so.
