We use as SharpSpring as our CRM and marketing automation backbone. We have designed our corporate dashboard plug into SharpSpring and all customer transactions are recorded via API to include all marketing and service contact from the first contact through the life of the relationship. It has made it easy to manage relationships and keep track of all office communication with our client and prospect base.
