Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is used by the Design Department to create contacts and assign projects or opportunities to these. The pipeline is a convenient way to view and assign projects and know what stage they are in. The search feature is very convenient when looking for old projects. SharpSpring has really helped to organize all the projects that the department is handling. Kudos!

Pros

  • Streamlined user interface
  • Detailed contact profiles
  • Very helpful communications Tab

Cons

  • Tutorial on how to use SharpSpring, as it is overwhelming in the beginning
  • An individual profile is not editable
  • Emails take a while to sync in the Communications tab
  • Helped improve sales by showing data
  • It lessened project turnaround time
  • Provided a good client database
I don't know other products like SharpSpring.
SharpSpring is suited for departments with a lot of clientele. It is perfect for handling lots of projects that need following up on. It is also suited for allocating projects to specific team members and the tracking of an even distribution of projects. SharpSpring is not suited for fast communication between team members.
