- Customer Service. SharpSpring offers really comprehensive training and their customer service reps are accommodating and helpful when it comes to questions.
- App and Software Integration. SharpSpring makes it really easy to connect a HUGE number of other apps and software to their platform, so you can use it as your dashboard for practically everything in your business.
- The sheer number of features makes things a little overwhelming at first. Their provided training really helps, but still, there are so many ways to accomplish things, it can be confusing to determine the best workflow for a particular project.
