Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring across our organization as a CRM and CMS. It helps us to design, automate, and track lead nurturing marketing campaigns, and more.
  • Tracking and Analytics. SharpSpring makes it so easy to track how links, media, and campaigns are performing. They link the activity directly to the leads themselves as well, making it really simple to get an idea of how you're performing.
  • Customer Service. SharpSpring offers really comprehensive training and their customer service reps are accommodating and helpful when it comes to questions.
  • App and Software Integration. SharpSpring makes it really easy to connect a HUGE number of other apps and software to their platform, so you can use it as your dashboard for practically everything in your business.
  • The sheer number of features makes things a little overwhelming at first. Their provided training really helps, but still, there are so many ways to accomplish things, it can be confusing to determine the best workflow for a particular project.
  • SharpSpring has made it much easier to work cross-functionally in our organization and has made tracking the ROI of campaigns so easy. It's been a great addition to accomplishing business objectives.
SharpSpring takes what I like about all of the other products I've used and combines them. I love having one dashboard for all sales and marketing activities.
SharpSpring is great if you're looking for a comprehensive marketing/CRM platform. It might be too much if you're only looking for a basic email drip campaign platform. It's got a lot of functionality, but if you're just doing the basics it will probably be too much. It's FANTASTIC though if you want a central dashboard from which to handle your lead nurturing/management and content marketing functions.
