Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We replaced a broadcast email system to switch to marketing automation. We wanted to capture the full behaviors of our target audiences, not just email. We use SharpSpring to generate membership and sales leads. We use it to monitor lead scores and better our lists.

  • Email template designs look out of proportion in Outlook.
  • Ability to load a survey in and have a non-recipient complete it—have it forwarded.
  • More strategy training, templates, and campaign approaches.
  • ROI is high. I am glad we changed to marketing automation, we were way too reliant on email marketing.
  • SharpSpring has allowed us to generate leads to the staff automatically. It's super for staff to have the tool and do their own follow up on sales leads that marketing has generated for them!
  • We have been able to have more staff format emails and not just staff who know HTML.
We used a consultant to review twelve tools, then we did demos of four. Next, we went down to the final two before choosing SharpSpring. The pricing was similar across all of the options but we liked that SharpSpring was built to be a marketing automation tool and not just an email tool that added marketing automation.
SharpSpring allows an organization to move out of just email marketing and transfer to marketing automation pretty easily. SharpSpring management has placed some restrictions on our practices that surprised us. They froze our account and our consultant had to describe our compliant practices to get it unfrozen
