Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use it mainly for marketing and sales purposes, but it's used by almost all of the staff that has customer interaction. It helps with all customer interactions across different levels in the company, from service, to resell, to customer care.
I can say that it enhances the customer experience a lot by nurturing prospects from the very first interaction.

- Great for turning MQLs into SQLs.
- If used correctly, a great tool to help enhance the customer experience.
- The phone app could use some improvement.
- Maybe a quick glance board for upcoming tasks.
- Better interactions with smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Has definitely made an impact on ROI just by customer referral.
- Pays for itself if used properly.
- One positive aspect is that during a tough times for sales here in Mexico, lead nurturing and conversion helps a lot to get sales in bad times.
Way more advanced than Vtiger. Vis is also good for customer interaction, and is maybe a little better for large contact lists and for cold prospecting, but that's it. SharpSpring is a whole different beast, with features I did not know that you could get with a software this affordable. It has way more detail than other CRMs I have used in the past.
