Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We've been using SharpSpring in the business for marketing and email marketing for nearly 12 months. We use it to get to know our customer's behavior, analyze their activity in emails, on the site, downloading, etc., then we use that information to market back to them. Recently, SharpSpring has introduced social posting and listening which is amazing. It even includes visitor ID so it has replaced MailChimp, Lead forensics, Sprout social, and our Salesforce software as we use it for our CRM. We get stuck occasionally and the SharpSpring support is world class. They will always help and often even make the change for us when we are really stuck then tell us how they did it. We are really only scratching the surface of the capabilities and look forward to making more use of SharpSpring in 2019.

Cons
- It's feature rich therefore has a fairly steep learning curve.
- Competes with the market leader for a 10th of the price.
- Email template creation is not quite as good as the leading email marketing providers.
- ROI over 30 times its cost but usually a lot more. One deal would pay for SharpSpring 30+ times over.
- Sales alerts mean we never miss a deal opportunity.
- No negative impact.
It's been a few years since I looked at these so comparisons they have no relevance now.
