Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is used at FunnelBud both as a marketing automation tool and a sales CRM. We also provide services to help other companies implement SharpSpring into their marketing efforts. SharpSpring is a powerful marketing automation tool and businesses we've helped implement SharpSpring into their marketing strategy have seen an improvement in the leads they get.

I'd say it SharpSpring offers similar features to HubSpot but at a more affordable pricing point, that allows small and medium businesses to enter into the world of marketing automation.

Has a great user interface and online help docs in case you are not sure about something. They also have great support that is responsive and helpful.
Support is great, responsive, and very helpful.
SharpSpring is great in eliminating certain marketing tasks that are repetitive by having features like visual workflows which enable users to create automation.
The software also helps create inbound funnels that capture leads, one is able to segment leads using various ways e.g. custom fields.
A CRM is also included in SharpSpring which helps both marketing and sales teams work seamlessly.
