Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We're using SharpSpring as a marketing automation tool. It's mostly used to send emails, capture leads through forms, and trigger workflows to send notifications and custom emails. It's used by sales, marketing, and upper management.
- Ease of use. Nice UI
- Lots of customized workflow options for several automation options
- Great customer support and implementation assistance
- Tracking and reporting is robust
- Not able to track metrics on emails sent through linked Outlook accounts
- The landing page builder is not as user-friendly as the email builder
- Ability to review emails sent to leads/contacts. Currently, you must go through the life of the lead screen instead of getting a summary of the conversations between parties in a separate area. It's a lot of clicking to get through to review the emails, and then you have to review the entire timeline to find the email icon to open it up and read. It could definitely be built better
- SharpSpring helps streamline processes between sales and marketing.
I think the SharpSpring UI is better and easier to use than HubSpot and ConnectWise, especially the email builder. I prefer the lead/sales pipeline when compared to ConnectWise as well. It's much more visual and easy to review. The task/activity feed feature is also a plus in SharpSpring.
Something I dislike is having to review emails sent through the life of the lead screen instead of getting a summary of the conversations between parties in a separate area.
