Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

It is used to capture leads and help the Sales team nurture them with meaningful communications and provide the ability to manage the sales funnel.

Pros

  • Very motivating for the sales team seeing customers move through the sales funnel.
  • A great tool for sales managers to understand how the sales team are going and any obstacles they are experiencing.
  • Capturing leads has been the beginnings of sales growth.

Cons

  • I can't think of any negatives.
  • I don't have any suggestions for improvement currently, either.
  • Significant lead growth and sales on the back of using the platform.
This is the only platform I have used.
When you are trying to grow sales and the Sales team needs direction and motivation.
