If you're technology-savvy and familiar with the digital marketing industry in general, the tool is intuitive and immensely helpful. If you're less technically-inclined, there are tons of resources to learn the material, just be ready for a learning curve. If you're completely new to digital marketing and marketing technology, it's still a great tool, but bringing in a specialist for strategy would be ideal.
