We automate our sales workflows via email with drip campaigns rather than setting manual reminders to send out manual emails. If SharpSpring only did that, we'd more than make our money back for what we pay... but on top of that we get visitor tracking, customer lead scores, lead tracking, dynamic content depending on who's viewing, custom forms with custom fields, landing pages, social posting... the list just goes on and on. We even have our support guys using it to capture leads, and our human resources team uses it to capture performance reviews.
Pros
- SharpSpring has allowed us to automate so many processes that we've recouped almost 20 hours of manual labor each week, plus we've eliminated human errors, leads don't slip through the cracks, and there's an uptick in email engagement.

- We've had some issues with the email editor acting a little buggy, but the customer support team has always been able to straighten out any trouble with a simple phone call.
