Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring allows me to do unlimited testing and very quickly assess the results of my marketing efforts in multiple ways. I cannot stress "multiple ways" enough. For instance, if you're using MailChimp you get to assess your results from an email campaign you're only getting 10% of the data you need to make decisions on how to increase the effectiveness of that campaign. SharpSpring gives you an entire ecosphere of data to help you drive your campaign in a more effective way. It's like the science station on the bridge of the Starship Enterprise. This is only one facet of how we use this system.

Perhaps the most effective use of SS is in client nurturing. Most of the companies are focused on bringing in more customers. However, that's not the most effective use of their marketing efforts. Your current customers are always a much easier sell. SharpSpring allows us to be in a constant state of nurturing clients and easing them back through the sales funnel. By providing a system of client scoring, we always know who is most interested and most ready to buy.

ALL of your efforts register on your dashboard and you can evaluate them comprehensively. We weren't a super-analytics driven agency before SS but the platform has allowed us to drive our efforts in a much more focused direction.

There are a whole host of other benefits but I don't have the time to cover them all in this short review. However, I don't want to close this out without commenting on their outstanding customer service. They are always highly motivated to help me solve my problems and answer questions I have about their system. I can always schedule more live training for myself at no additional cost. They really are a terrific company with an outstanding product.

  • The dashboard gives you a comprehensive look at everything you’re running. Moving around the system is super simple and they make it easy to jump to different areas when you’re building a sales program. I’d urge you to check out all the features on their website because there are too many to list, but I can say that what they have offered us is unbelievably comprehensive.

  • I was not prepared for the steep learning curve that is required to take full advantage of this platform. I was a bit discouraged at first by everything there was to learn but I realized it’s part of working with such a comprehensive platform. It’s like moving to a new town and trying to figure out all the roads and highways. I don’t know if that’s really a “con” but it is something you must be aware of. You’re going to need to spend some serious time learning it but once you do, navigating the system easily becomes second nature.
  • We started seeing returns almost immediately when we implemented the platform. We ran a pilot program with just 20 clients at first and have been moving forward from there. SharpSpring provides a very fair agency pricing model.
