Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use the system for sales efforts and aarketing automatization. We have been using it for this year. The problems we have solved are: keeping all leads in one place from all sales people and being able to track when sales are happening and what to expect from each sales person. We also use it to create reports. We also solved the problem of mass email and content creation. Also we are able to see all communications done by our sales people with their contacts and are able to provide marketing material for them within the system.

- There are some reports that at the moment SharpSpring does not provide. Like communication reports in order to track follow up.
- You can't add alternate email addresses to the contacts
- Jr Sales people have no access to the marketing tool
- We have increased our sales
- Some people are still not using it to its full capacity
- We are using it a lot for marketing so that has saved us money
SharpSpring is a very good to be used as a marketing tool. It's also good in order to keep track of emails exchanged. We had some issues with the mail sync but they were very good at helping us. We are experiencing some email bounces. SharpSpring is also very good to create content so if that is something a company needs it is very well suited.
