Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
I'm a very satisfied SharpSpring partner! We have been using it ourselves as CRM and automation and with our clients for about 2 years. SharpSpring does two things really well. It's a solid platform that's priced well for small and medium-sized clients, and they are constantly adding features based on partner feedback. I can only see using it more in the future.
- Solid CRM and pipeline management.
- Solid automation and integrations.
- Priced well, and most alternatives are very weak.
- Good partner model - They really value partners and want to help us improve our business.
- We have gotten into 'spam jail' a couple of times from SharpSpring. I know they have to do it but sometimes it's our client's lists and out of our control. A bit irritating.
- Definitely a positive impact, happy to be a silver partner.
The user interface is much better than Zoho. It is not as feature-rich as HubSpot, but most people don't need that. Not worth the extra money for most clients.
