Our company utilizes this for clients across a variety of industries. Our clients utilize the platform to manage and vet leads and send out emails primarily.

Pros and Cons

Wide range of marketing capabilities in one platform.
Lead generation tracking is great.

Slightly difficult to pick up, there's a bit of a learning curve.
It's not cheap.

Return on Investment

This would vary for each person I would say but for our clients, we've been able to see a positive ROI as we're able to track the success of all of our actions on the platform.

Alternatives Considered

Mailchimp

I've previously utilized Mailchimp automated workflows and they work great for someone with basic marketing goals but SharpSpring is better suited for doing more sophisticated workflows.

SharpSpring is best suited for a person with advanced marketing goals and who might wish to limit the number of platforms they utilize to reach their marketing goals. It's less suited for someone who isn't looking to take advantage of more sophisticated marketing features as there are simpler platforms out there that they could use instead.

Great for marketers looking to consolidate software and do sophisticated marketing
