SharpSpring was first brought in to help our sales staff track their leads but we quickly found out how it could help our marketing, front desk and admin staff also. The ability to use a function like Smart Emails allows our staff members to quickly disperse information to clientele as the request. That is what really won over our staff members into engaging with the system.
So now, using this program our staff members can finally work as a team to help prospects and client find solutions to their questions.

Salesforce was too complicated and too expensive. We tried it for a year and ditched it. I do think it can be a great system, just too much for us.
