Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring across the sales and marketing organizations. I use SharpSpring for our marketing communications efforts.

Pros

  • It's a powerful tool for marketing.
  • Great ease of use.

Cons

  • Some elements can be tricky.
  • We have to strip formatting manually before copying text into an email/newsletter.
  • I can only speak from a marketing perspective, but it is a meaningful way to touch our clients on a regular basis.
I only use it for marketing, but it works very well for our communications needs.
