Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We are an accredited Sharpspring partner and use Sharpspring at our agency to provide the tools we use to solve our client's marketing and lead nurturing needs. We use the entire platform's features as our tools for marketing automation. I highly recommend the application. The team support is also wonderful!

- A longer induction period may have helped our team.
- The initial training phase could be improved so it's easier to adapt to the many functions at a quicker rate.
- Integrating Instagram to SharpSpring would be a great move and is much needed.
- It meets our ROI.

We prefer SharpSpring to HubSpot for its marketing and sales tools. We found the pricing the best option for what the application provides. We found the training and account managing support far higher in quality from SharpSpring than HubSpot. We were less engaged with the application and team support at HubSpot in comparison to our experience here at SharpSpring.
