Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is currently being used as my core CRM. It's utilized to implement my email automation, leads and lead scoring, sales and opportunities, manage and schedule social media, and much more. My booking is all done through SharpSpring's scheduling feature and I've recently implemented the Chatbot feature on my website.

  • I switched to SharpSpring from another platform and saw immediate price savings.

I think functionalities are very comparable. The biggest draw and difference is the price and availability of products all at once. With HubSpot, I had to grow both in finances and in the platform. With SharpSpring, I've been able to use all features immediately which has allowed me to grow immediately.
SharpSpring is extremely well suited for marketing agencies supporting other businesses. It is also a great CRM for any business that is wanting to house all of their marketing information in one platform to both save money but to also better understand the impact of their marketing efforts. Small businesses that are not doing much marketing would benefit from the sales aspect of SharpSpring more than the marketing portion, however, having the foundation for both is an incredible start for any serious business owners.
