Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring to manage our internal sales and marketing campaigns, but also use it on our client's behalf to manage their lead generation campaigns. We are a team of seven and all our staff use SharpSpring in some form or other. We have found it an easy tool to use and navigate, which encourages staff to use the tool as they understand it. We managed to rationalise various tools and replace with just SharpSpring, so it replaced our outgoing CRM, outgoing marketing automation software saving us thousands of pounds.
