Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Mainly the sales department uses SharpSpring to organize the multiple leads that can be achieved, thus, at my organization every sales person imports the contacts they collect from meetings and events and creates a new lead, after that, the opportunities are evaluated so we can know which lead has more potential to develop into a real opportunity.

Cons

  • Permits.
  • Ease of use within the platform.
  • Import of contacts.
  • Time management.
  • Lead following and scoring.
I particularly like this tool more, because it helps me organize leads and give them a certain score.
The tool Works quite fine for the collection and processing of leads after events.
