Mainly the sales department uses SharpSpring to organize the multiple leads that can be achieved, thus, at my organization every sales person imports the contacts they collect from meetings and events and creates a new lead, after that, the opportunities are evaluated so we can know which lead has more potential to develop into a real opportunity.
