Marketing automation is the primary problem being solved by our use of SharpSpring. It is used by 75% of our team members and each team member has a particular role/function on the platform. The automation allows our company to maintain a connection to our sales funnel and continue to have a presence in their day-to-day routines which helps us close on our sales.

- I have had some issues with attempting to manage our agency account and also manage our agency as a client. There are user permissions that can get messed up.
- Visitor Email Notification responses can be confusing at times if you have multiple clients that you are managing in the platform. This is more of a user error on my part.

Other services can feel like you are getting upcharged for everything. SharpSpring is great because I am constantly getting the feeling that I have gotten more than I am paying, which is a great feeling. HubSpot is a great service but SharpSpring matched my company's need more accurately and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
