- I have had some issues with attempting to manage our agency account and also manage our agency as a client. There are user permissions that can get messed up.

SharpSpring is great because I am constantly getting the feeling that I have gotten more than I am paying, which is a great feeling. HubSpot is a great service but SharpSpring matched my company's need more accurately and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
