Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring as our lead generator and website analysis. In lead generation, we utilize the forms from SharpSpring as well as the email generator. The workflow aspect is fantastic and has met every one of our needs. One of our favorite items on the software is the Life of the Lead. It really helps get a feel at what your leads are viewing on your website.

Once the software was implemented with our rep's help it really was easy to use. It might take a little getting used to. Make sure you take really good notes. It's as easy as any other marketing software I have ever used. Including the WAY more expensive ones.
Our reps have been fantastic. Whenever we have an issue or a question they are right there to help us figure it out. Even helping us manage the database so we don't needlessly go over our allotment. Basically helping us cut out the fat on our database. I couldn't be happier with SharpSpring.
SharpSpring has just been a win for our company. It works so well with our website and managing the forms, list, and campaigns have been great. It might take a little while to get used to using all the capabilities, but once you do it's a breeze. And that is also where the great customer service comes in. Our rep really understood our needs and help get the results we were looking for.
