Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

As a marketing agency, we use it as a CRM for most of our clients and also a few features for the agency itself. We use it as a contact manager, a lead generator. To keep track of our lead's behavior throughout our client's platforms and clickstream. Helps us with testing and experimentation through the email marketing automation and to get enough insights with their reporting tools for the decision-making process.

  • 360 vision of your lead owners and their tasks and sales tracking
  • No bulk imports for contacts with no emails
  • Chatbot could use more features
  • Email builder could use more flexibility and a broader variety of templates
  • It has been key to generate new leads with their tracking tools, which translates to a good ROI
All of them have their level of greatness in their respective leagues. For us, SharpSpring was the perfect tool for the type of needs our clients have, and for the company size as well, a solution like any of the other ones could have been not enough or way too much.

It's a great tool that keeps improving every day, their support team is amazing, and they show a lot of attention in bringing new information and tools to their client base. Also, the webinars and docs are useful not only on a tool level but also have a marketing growth approach.
It's something I'm particularly happy about. Their support service is always glad to help, they have great knowledge of the tool and if by any chance what you need an answer for is not available, they'll make sure to bring attention to a potential improvement in the near future.
Email marketing automation is very useful, has A/B testing, and supports dynamic content which can make your life easier if you have a big contact base, although the reporting tools are not very interactive
