Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

SharpSpring allows us to easily integrate email marketing, with client relationship management and tie it all together with a robust marketing automation platform. Everything ties together and lives in one easy-to-use platform that makes it easy for everyone from Jr. Salespeople to Sysadmins to manage and operate the system. Very intuitive to use, and not too bad to maintain, at all!

Pros

  • Excellent, customizable CRM system
  • Fully integrated marketing automation
  • Transparent analytics from initial contact through completed sale.

Cons

  • Help files could use some work (though the live support is excellent)
  • Price is higher, but offers a robust feature set
  • Increased prospect engagement
  • Increase pipeline transparency
  • Increased sales efficiency.
SharpSpring is better priced than other products with similar feature sets. It allows better management for an agency with clients, and has the kinds of features that can readily move the revenue needle for clients who have the vision for what's possible with an integrated modern marketing automation system like SharpSpring.
