Overall Satisfaction with Shift

I use Shift to stay updated across all of my workspaces and apps. As a freelancer, it's critical for me to stay abreast of all of my clients' needs, feedback, communication, and updates so that I can quickly help them with their problems (and get paid for my work!). Shift is the perfect solution for managing multiple emails and apps throughout the day.
  • Notification prioritisation.
  • App integration.
  • Customer support.
  • Billing help.
  • More personalisation options.
  • App specific shortcuts.
  • I preferred the old logo!
  • Increased efficiency.
  • Less overwhelm when starting work.
  • Makes my Macbook faster by having fewer programs open.

It is well suited when you use two or more programs on a daily basis (e.g., Asana, email, time tracking, project management, Slack, Discord, browsers...). The only scenario I can think of where Shift wouldn't be appropriate is when someone's entire workflow remains with one single app, e.g., those in employment on specific platforms.
