Overall Satisfaction with Shift

I run a small marketing agency with several clients that all require separate emails and multiple of the same accounts for social media and programs like Canva, etc. Shift saves me SO MUCH TIME by being able to create custom browsers that tie to each of my separate emails. I can effortlessly toggle between projects and brands without constantly having to sign out and sign in to different profiles. It's an absolute must for anyone juggling multiple log ins. Keeps me organized and optimizes my time. It's extremely intuitive and easy to use and I recommend it to anyone who works on a computer!

Pros

  • Allows custom browser set ups for each email
  • Well organized and easy to navigate dashboard
  • Ties to gather TONS of applications from social media to Dropbox to Canva and a lot more
  • Includes Slack and Asana/Trello or other tools you use to stay organized and keeps it all in one place

Cons

  • I have encountered an occasional glitch, like not being able to minimize the window for a week or so but it has since been resolved.
  • Saves me probably 30 minutes per work day on logging in and out of different apps for different brands
It's very easy to set up and navigate. I consider it to be highly user friendly and it has lots of helpful guides for when you set it up.
I don't think I've ever used a tool like Shift. I have only used regular, individual browsers like Google or Safari. Shift is a much more organized way for me to work and I still use those other browsers but with only 1 or 2 tabs of what I'm working on instead of 25 with all the things I'm logged in to.

For anyone working with multiple workspaces and projects tied to different Gmail accounts, this is a MUST MUST MUST. This tool may not be super useful for someone who only has one login for everything, I suppose you could have all those things just open in browser windows. Even still, Shift keeps you organized and will keep your browser of choice clutter free so you can better focus (and it will likely run faster!). I love Shift!
