Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I managed to better supervise my team through Shift. It gives me the ability to switch in between all our Google Accounts we the company uses on an executive and manager level. Being a small company saving time and money is always a priority. Shift has given me the best way of managing a more effective way then before!

Integration

We are Google Workspace users in the Business. I have had no issues only functional and easy use of all apps I integrated. The same across the Apple integrations with my personal accounts.
Just recently I took more advantage of setting up for each Google Account of my co workers their apps they use. So when I have to help them out with their work load I can do this with ease. Also because I make sure I have all usernames and password safed in Shift.

Productivity

Well for the manager it has been a big help. So far nobody else is using it. Since the co workers have there Workspace environment and I do not wont them get confused. It is a challenge training coworkers, in particular all over the different levels of back round educations and specific positions in a business.

Usability

It has been for me a huge help in so many ways. I am glad I found shift when I did.

Toggling between different Google accounts for me is the best part. And of course most app's we use in the company are available to integrate.
It would be extraordinary to be able to integrate API connections into shift as well as the app functions. That would mean that third party softwares like CRM's and so on also will be part of this one window experience. Of course there is always improvement or adaption possible, but I am very happy with what SHIFT has done for my in my daily work and private life.
