Overall Satisfaction with Shift
Managing multiple email accounts and calendars has really allowed me to stay focused on the work that I need to complete and the emails I need to respond too. The fact that also acts as a standalone app allows me to have one less tab open in my browser. So increased focus and productivity definitely effects the bottom line.

Similar to what I've mentioned, switching mindsets between accounts has been great for efficiency. I'm always aware when there as a new request or email or task that needs to be completed, i'm not dependant on accessing a browser for multiple accounts to see if there's something new. It allows me to stay in flow.
Overall i find Shift just less cumbersome and more focused that other products out there. There's no feature glut, its focused and does what its supposed to do simply. I'm not trying to figure out what some features does.
