Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Shift is essential to my work as an entrepreneur. Combining work and personal email accounts, access to documents, and scheduling all in one place, along with integrations outside the G Suite ecosystem, makes it super easy to manage my clients and projects. I use Shift not just daily, but hourly, and have been a paying customer for nearing on 10 years now. I cannot imagine my workflow without Shift.

Integration

I use integrations with Trello and Honeybook for project management and client invoicing/business management. The ease of access to Drive and Calendar beyond Gmail is also a lifesaver for someone who works with clients on written work.

Productivity

Shift is on my personal laptop and my work computer, allowing for ease of use across devices and for a standardized user experience. Shift has helped me keep better tabs on my appointments, incoming mail and tasks/to-do's, increased my productivity in working with my documents and client materials through Drive, and has encouraged me to try out different platforms and solutions through integrations.

Usability

Shift does have a bit of a learning curve to get the most out of it, but honestly, I cant imagine my workflow without it. Having been a loyal user for many many years and recommended it to countless friends and colleagues, the thing I emphasize most is just how easy it is to use. Everything you could ever need for productivity and business flow is right there when you need it.

Likelihood to Recommend

Shift is well suited for users who are managing multiple accounts and platforms for their work. If users are only using one email or few integrations, it probably doesn't make the most sense for them. Shift is an all in one productivity tool and it's hard to imagine users not finding value in it even as a more basic user just by not having to manage multiple tabs and browsers to access what they need.
