Overall Satisfaction with Short.cm

We use it in our own business to shorten links or customize the links that we share. I also set it up for one of my client's sales team as they were sending Loom videos via Instagram to their leads and the Loom URLs are long and ugly. Short.io allowed us to customize the Loom videos URL with the prospect's name, making it much more personalized and sharable.

  • Had some issues with the login page at one stage, it didn't seem very secure.

I used Bitly many years ago. I prefer Short.io because it's a bit easier to use and set up. Plus it's free on the tier that we need.
