Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing

We use Sigma Computing across the whole organization to analyze and report sales performance, finances, and glean insights into how our customers use, succeed, and struggle on our platform.

Pros

  • Intuitive interface to both analyze and visualize data
  • Powerful but approachable BI capabilities
  • Some of the best customer support I've ever had

Cons

  • The dashboard colors are really ugly
  • Sigma has had an incredibly positive impact on our effectiveness and efficiency in conducting analysis.
As someone who had zero experience with BI tools prior to this, I loved how easy Sigma was to pick up and conduct the analysis I needed.
The support team is AMAZING. Very prompt, thoughtful, and thorough. I always have the best experiences with their customer educators, which can truly be rare in the world of customer support.
I use Sigma to explore and understand our customer performance. It's a great tool for aggregating data from different stories and building a robust view of the customer.
