We use Sigma Computing across the whole organization to analyze and report sales performance, finances, and glean insights into how our customers use, succeed, and struggle on our platform.
- Intuitive interface to both analyze and visualize data
- Powerful but approachable BI capabilities
- Some of the best customer support I've ever had
- The dashboard colors are really ugly
- Sigma has had an incredibly positive impact on our effectiveness and efficiency in conducting analysis.
Sigma Computing allows less technical users like myself to combine disparate data sources and still build meaningful insights and stories.
We have been able to build robust dashboards of customer profiles, churn, payments, and activity that enable us to make strategic product, marketing, and success decisions.
I really enjoy the ease of being able to view and edit my coworkers' worksheets and dashboards. I wish there was an easier way to notify them to grant me access though. Currently I have to ping them separately since there is no "request" button which creates an added step.
Sigma makes it easy to work with massive amounts of data from different sources, which has been really useful for our product team to quickly put together different views and analyses.
